attractive apartment building. It has superb views from all balconies,
the very large top floor sun terrace is lantern lit.
It is less than a 1 minute walk to Ozdere
sandy beaches, which gently shelve out - making it very safe for young
children and non-swimmers.
The Aegean has 3 bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Open plan style very large lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen There
is one bathroom with shower, and, a separate shower room, plus downstairs
toilet There are 2 Sofas in the lounge area which open up into single
beds.
All the rooms are furnished and
equipped to a very high standard to make your stay a most comfortable
one as possible, All the main rooms are air-conditioned
For those who like to chill out around a swimming pool - there is even

About Ozdere
The village Ozdere was known as an original fishing-village without mass-tourism in a romantic Bay in the Aegean Sea” many years ago. Since about 10 years it can be added to this statement that Özdere turned into a village that is also for tourists . Nowadays Özdere is a touristic place with a good infrastructure and a mild climate during the whole year. There are a little less than 9000 inhabitants. The village is very suitable for families with children, because there are nice sandy beaches and enough peace and quiet. Large mandarin plantations, land with forests and rough nature characterize this nice holiday resort that lies between Çesme and Kusadasi at the south-west of the metropolis .
