The Triplex Villa is situated ,in the centre of Akyaka Village and is a 10 minute walk to the Beach, shops and restaurants which is situated at the bottom of Akyaka and a 5 minute walk to the top for other shops and restaurants.
This Villa has three Floors and has sea and mountain views from the
top balconies.
This Villa has 3 bedrooms - one double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and
one single attic room. Open plan style lounge/diner and kitchen There
is one bathroom with shower.
All the rooms are furnished
and equipped to a rustic Turkish Style. All the main rooms have Fans.
For those who like to chill out around a swimming pool - there is one
opposite the property at Idyma Hotel which can be used free of charge
on purchase of drinks, this has a bar and snack service
About Akyaka
Akyaka has a wide sandy beach, safe for children with umbrellas and sunbeds.
This beach offers some lovely Bars and Restaurants, catering for all tastes. It is a fabulous place to sit and watch the sunset.
There are many more restaurants in the village plus a local bakery, butchers, hairdressers and a bustling wed morning market.
An ATM is avaialble at the top of the village.

room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels
are provided for your use.

The villa has a bathroom. Electric Fans keeps the villa cool.
eating & living :
To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing
board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking
utensils.

Payment Terms
1. Making your booking
Bookings can be made by
email or telephone and monies to be paid to named Bank Account by Transfer
Once we have received your booking form and booking deposit, we will,
subject to availability, confirm your stay by issuing
a confirmation invoice by email. This invoice will be sent to the party
leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it.
Contact us immediately
if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document
appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make
changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not
notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of
our sending it out.
Number of persons
Only those persons whose name appears on the Booking Form may use the
property. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed
the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution
of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously
agreed
Arrivals
On arrival the you must present your confirmation details as well as
your passport or identity card to us.
2. Payment
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or
full payment if booking within 60 days of departure) must be paid at
the time of booking.
This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.
The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 60 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
